Great experience

Very happy with my purchase. The iPhone 13 came in excellent condition as described. The battery health was at 99% which is awesome. They even threw in a charger and cable which was nice, but ended up not needing. I really don't have any complaints at all as the purchase process was super easy.

iPhone buy

I had to call gazelle for a sales receipt from a iPhone 7 which I purchased 3 1/2 years ago. They were helpful, and the phone was fine during that time I had it. I needed a newer phone with better battery capacity and 5G capability, looked through their website, and purchased a iPhone 13 Pro Max. I haven’t received it yet- their customer service was helpful. Will up date when new phone come in.

Great selection of iPhones at amazing…

Great selection of iPhones at amazing prices. I shopped around for a new phone and went to several recommended sites for one. I went back to gazelle because I bought a iPhone 7 Plus years ago, and it worked until recently when I broke my screen. I finally decided to upgrade and Gazelle was the place I always knew I'd find a great phone at a great price. The payment option with Affirm also made it the easy choice

Poor customer service

I purchased a refurbished phone from here and a few days later get an email saying my order has been cancelled as it is viewed as fraudulent, it has been a while now and support keeps dodging my questions about why it got cancelled and when my refund is coming.

Excellent

I recently bought a refurbished phone with these guys and I absolutely love the quality of the phone and how well it was kept. I got what I paid for and it was well worth it. Would definitely purchase future phones if needed from these guys.

I ordered a phone & had it the next…

I ordered a phone & had it the next day. The delivery was unreal. I haven’t taken it to my computer guy yet
to have the sim swap however the phone looks terrific.

I was super excited and disappointed all at once

I was super excited about receiving my iPhone 12 Pro Max until I turned it on and copied the IMEI over on ATT unlock web application only to discover the iPhone was not paid off. “30 Point Inspection” was not done all the way through. Now I have to return it and buy another iPhone. I am praying, crossing my fingers and writing the number 7 it is paid off ( lol just kidding about the crossing fingers and writing the number 7). This was suppose to be a birthday gift without any issues.

Shipping and Billing Address not the same = FRAUD

My girlfriend has used you several times so when my sister in law broke her phone I thought I’d surprise her with one she normally couldn’t afford. Of course time was of the essence as a mom of two and whose husband’s job is on the road.

Excited I ordered a great phone for her, only to find almost two days later (on a Saturday) the order was cancelled due to suspected or potential fraud. What!?!?! And of course when I called was told that only a senior rep could tell Me Why. So I wait until Monday and call back.

I’m told the reason is that my Billing address and Shipping address were different. NO WHERE IN THE ORDER PROCESS does Gazelle disclosure that you cannot do that, NO WHERE. The reps attitude was “oh well”. Furthermore, there was absolutely NO attempt to make it better, nada. A waste of 4-5 days.

Not disappointed

Was a little nervous tbh since this was my first time buying a pre owned device. I couldn't be happier honestly the pixel 5 I received looks brand new. And it arrived in 2 days! I will buy again in the future

My iPhone was stolen in NC. I had tracking on and it turned up in their store in Louisville KY. So if you want to buy a stolen phone they have one for you.

CALL THEM! They seem to SUCK at answering emails, those incompetent fools. If you bought something, I wouldn't trust it. Make a paypal claim (if you used that) if they don't respond after this. Escalate the claim if they don't comply.

Don't buy from gazelle. They send u damaged product and they don't refund you when you send it back. Be sure to use your credit card IF you fo purchase from this rip off company so WHEN they rip you off the credit card company can deal with them. Only a matter of time before they go out of business or get shut down Unscrupulous BS ARTISTS. Servc department has every excuse in the book why you haven't gotten your refund. Paid thru PayPal and Gazelle actually told me they couldn't refund me cause me/PayPal has a claim against them for my refund returned purchase that they haven't refunded. They ripped me off for $455 I'm PISSED. If I don't get my money by 7 th then I will contact credit card company that funds the PayPal account. BEWARE
